snicker-snack!

Here is the finish of my illustration for "Jabberwocky." It was a bit of a rocky process; I had to scrap the inked stage of the drawing (shown in a previous post) and go back from scratch in Illustrator, because I couldn't get a live-traced version of the lineart to colorize the way I wanted. So I created a new system to make my own outlines of different weight. Hopefully you like the way it turned out!

Also: sorry for the watermarks now appearing on the art on this blog. Unfortunately, the Orphan Works act still threatens the copyright of artists' work, and until the bill is completely scrapped like the trash it is, I'm going to watermark my work.
